Terms of Service
One
The agreement.
By using Nuvelo you agree to these terms and to all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to every user, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.
Two
What Nuvelo is.
Nuvelo is an iOS application, an Apple Watch companion, and an iPad companion that unifies your health data, your bloodwork, and your finances into a daily editorial briefing.
- HealthLab work, sleep, HRV, fitness metrics, supplement tracking, recovery analysis.
- FinanceStatement parsing, transaction categorisation, cash-flow projections, net-worth tracking.
- DecisionsDaily briefing, life score, focus mode, decision support.
- DevicesiPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch.
Nuvelo may add, change, or retire features at any time without prior notice.
Three
Your account.
- EmailA valid email address, or a passkey, or Sign in with Apple, or Sign in with Google.
- CustodyYou are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity on your account.
- AgeYou must be 18 or older to create and use a Nuvelo account.
- One per personEach person may keep one Nuvelo account.
- Notify usTell us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use.
Four
What it costs.
- Trial14 days free at launch.
- Subscription$12.99 per month, or $99.99 per year, billed through Apple.
- Where to manageSubscriptions live in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- CancelCancel any time. Apple's standard refund policy applies.
- ChangesPricing may change with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers are emailed before any increase.

- Not medicalNuvelo is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
- InformationalHealth summaries, lab result organization, and scores are for informational and educational purposes only.
- Talk to a clinicianAlways consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health-related decisions.
- Do not delay careDo not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking treatment based on anything Nuvelo says.
- EmergenciesIn a medical emergency, call emergency services immediately.
- Patterns, not interpretationNuvelo shows your lab's own values, ranges and flags. It does not interpret results or replace clinical interpretation by a licensed physician.
- HIPAANuvelo does not store, transmit, or process data in a manner compliant with HIPAA unless we say so in writing.

- Source accuracyNuvelo is not responsible for the accuracy of data imported from third-party services.
Seven
How you can and cannot use it.
When using Nuvelo you agree not to do any of the following.
- Falsified dataUpload fraudulent or misleading health or financial documents.
- Reverse engineerReverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source from the application.
- BotsUse automated tools, scrapers, or similar to access, crawl, or interact with the service.
- CredentialsShare, transfer, or disclose your account credentials to anyone.
- Illegal useUse the service for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorised purpose.
- DisruptionInterfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
- Other accountsAttempt to access other users' accounts or data.
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.
Eight
Who owns what.
- OursThe Nuvelo name, logo, life score, app content, and underlying technology are owned by Nuvelo.
- YoursYour data is yours. Lab reports, statements, decision notes, supplement entries.
- LicenceBy using the service you grant Nuvelo a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to process your data only to provide and improve the service.
- Do not redistributeYou may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on Nuvelo without prior written consent.
Nine
Third-party integrations.
- OptionalApple HealthKit, Oura, Fitbit, and any future provider are optional.
- Their termsEach provider has its own terms and privacy policy. Read them.
- No guaranteeNuvelo is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party data.
- No liabilityNuvelo is not liable for loss or damage from your use of those integrations.
Ten
Data and privacy.
Your privacy is governed by the Privacy Policy, which describes what we collect, how we use it, and how it is protected.
- ExportRequest a full export of your data any time.
- DeleteRequest complete deletion any time. Soft-delete with a 30-day grace, then hard delete.
- Never soldWe will never sell your personal health or financial data to third parties.
Eleven
Limitation of liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- As isNuvelo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express, implied, or statutory.
- UptimeWe do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
- DecisionsWe are not liable for decisions you make based on insights or analysis from the app.
- CapOur total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim.
- Indirect damagesIn no event will Nuvelo be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Twelve
Ending the agreement.
- By youDelete your account any time in app settings or by emailing [email protected].
- By usWe may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
- AfterPersonal data is hard-deleted within 30 days of termination.
- SurvivesTermination does not affect rights or obligations that accrued before it.
Thirteen
Changes to these terms.
- DateThe "Last updated" date at the top of this page will move.
- NoticeMaterial changes are communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect.
- AcceptanceContinued use of Nuvelo after changes take effect counts as acceptance.
- DisagreeIf you disagree, stop using the service and delete your account.
Fourteen
Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
